Shipping Costs
Shipping cost to locations in the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) are included in the cost of your order. Shipping to locations in Alaska, Hawaii, or any country other than the United States may require additional fees payable by the customer after your product order has been placed. We will email you with any additional cost of shipping that may be required.
Where do you ship from and to?
All of our products are shipped from the United States. We ship worldwide.
Expected Product Production Times
We try to accomplish the first step of production within one week of your purchase transaction on our website. The first step of production is to acquire an accurate and comprehensive photo-set of your subject matter. Once we have an accurate photo-set our design and production process takes 3-4 week until your finished product is ready to be shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
After your order has been shipped, these are the expected shipping times:
United States: 3-5 business days
International: 10-15 business days. International orders can however sometimes take up to 30 business days due to customs.

Tracking
We offer tracking on every order by default. However sometimes some countries may not offer tracking and unfortunately we have no control over this.
Customs Fees
Sometimes however on occasion there can be customs charges which are unavoidable. Customers will be responsible for any fees.
