Refund policy

We want you to love your Snowscape item as soon as you see it!  That's why we put so much effort early in our design process to capture accurate images of your subject.

If you are not 100% satisfied we provide a full refund of your purchase price.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your order must be in the same condition that you received it and must be returned in its original packaging.

We put great care into packaging and protecting your globe during shipping.  In case of any damage that may occur during shipping all of our shipped products include instructions on what to do if your globe arrives damaged in any way.
